Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates & Times
- Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 7–15 business days — rates calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days — rates calculated at checkout
Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Note: customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, contact us at joy7crystal@gmail.com.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. Items returned to sender due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local courier first, then contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve it — and make sure you're taken care of.
