Q: How do I choose the right bracelet size?
A: Measure your wrist with a soft tape (or a strip of paper), just below the wrist bone, then add 0.5–1 cm for comfort. Compare with the size options on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up.
Q: Are the bracelets adjustable?
A: Stretch-cord styles flex to fit most wrists. Styles with clasps or wrap designs have the size noted on the product page.
Q: How do I size a pet collar?
A: Measure your pet's neck where the collar sits, leaving room for two fingers to slide underneath comfortably. Never leave a clasp-style collar on an unattended pet — that's why ours are detachable.

Q: Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
A: No — and that's the point. Every piece is made from 100% natural crystal. Colors, patterns, and inclusions vary slightly from the photos. This is not a flaw; it's proof of authenticity. No two crystals are exactly alike, and yours will be truly one of a kind.
Q: How do I know the crystals are real?
A: Natural inclusions — phantom landscapes, rabbit-hair needles, tiny mineral flecks — are nearly impossible to fake convincingly. The variations you see are nature's signature. If a piece ever looks "too perfect," be suspicious.
Q: How do I care for my crystal jewelry?
A: Keep it away from harsh chemicals and perfumes. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid drops onto hard surfaces — crystals are stone, and stone can chip. Store separately to avoid scratching softer stones.
